On apt-get update, I see:

applied.

What's the best way to communicate this to the folks who manage that
particular mirror -- the Columbia one?

http://mirror.cc.columbia.edu/ has a contact address.

I've seen mirrors expire for one reason or another. Is there anyway to find/get the hits on that address?

Thanks.
