That's because nobody has translated screen into other languages.
I don't even know whether the groundwork has been laid to make such
translations *possible*.
Compare these outputs:
dpkg -L bash | grep \\.mo
dpkg -L coreutils | grep \\.mo
dpkg -L screen | grep \\.mo
