Failure of cups printing.

Hi,

Since upgrading from Debian 8 to 9, CUPS printing has failed
with this log message. 
"/usr/lib/cups/filter/rastertogutenprint.5.2" not available: No such file or directory

Whereas,
peter@computer:~$ ls -ld /usr/lib/cups/filter/rastertogutenprint.5.2
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 42972 Feb 16  2016 /usr/lib/cups/filter/rastertogutenprint.5.2

I've reopened https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=748761 
but no response there.

Anyone have an HP LaserJet 1100 working with Debian 9?
Ideas?
