I often don't know what to look for.


Basically (not literally, though) it's an extract of "man bash" (careful:
that one is over 3k lines long). Happy reading ;^)

I DID ask for a reading assignment.
Who knows what I might learn ;)




Each shell builtin has a little help blurb: sometimes that's easier to
find than the spot in the big man page (which is really worth perusing,
nevertheless!)
