Yeah, I see now. I totally overlooked that it was a third-party repo
package. Sorry for the pointless noise. You got that right.
As far as I know, this repo is meanwhile orphaned (or is this
changed in the last years?) as the multimedia packages are
integrated now in the original repos of debian.
On the debian wiki, there is the DebianMultimedia/FAQ page. On that
page, FAQ numbers 2.5, 2.6, 2.7, and 2.8 explain (far better than I
could) the (non-)relationship of deb-multimedia.org to
DebianMultimedia:
