I gave up new KDE (>4) years ago. The attitude of the KDE team is crap. MY mother language is also bulgarian bty - we have a saying that would translate somehow into "shit in the head" - this is new KDE developer.

I moved to trinity desktop which maintains the old version of KDE.

Knetworkmanager works, but I prefer wicd, which has integration in
KDE's System Settings. It's in the system tray, not on the panel. You
can configure it to always show, though.

I don't speak Bulgarian, so I cannot reproduce. Please file a bug!
