https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/publicity/announcements.git is the
codebase that generates all of Debian's press releases.
https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/publicity/dpn.git/tree/scripts/DPNhtml2mail.pl
is the actual script that does it.
