You can install this driver manually

copy the content of  
eGTouch_v2.5.5814.L-x/eGTouch_v2.5.5814.L-x/eGTouch64/eGTouch64withX
to /usr/bin
in a terminal run eGTouchD
in an other terminal run eGTouchU and test your device
