If we're collecting data: in stretch, in rxvt-unicode, 'clear' and
'tput clear' do NOT erase the scrollback buffer.

In stretch, in xterm, both 'clear' and 'tput clear' DO erase the
scrollback buffer.

Yet another reason for me to continue using rxvt-unicode. :-)
