Yes, the camera output is composite video through a BNC connector.

It can connect to the receiving device via a coaxial cable with a BNC 
connector on each end.  The PVR-150 receives composite video through a 
RCA socket.  An adapter is used to connect the BNC on the end of the 
cable to the RCA on the card.

This card has two female F connectors.

Nothing is connected to either.

Here using only the RCA connector.

Unless a new idea surfaces this morning, I'll buy another card in the 
afternoon and find whether the display is different with that.
