In context of $SUBJECT, it would seem opportunity for setting a label on swap has already been presented, and the problem has to do with a change. If a label already exists, that the installer can't create one should be irrelevant. (That is can't I consider a design flaw.) By deselecting swap in partitioning you maintain the status quo.
