usb 2-4: unable

Hi guys, I have the problem. 

When the notebook start his show the mensagens: 

usb 2-4: unable to read config index 0 descriptor/all
 usb 2-4: can't read configurations, error -110 

What to do to eliminate this error mensagens.

I use the debian jessie with kde.  Can your help me resolve this problem?
