Re: printer in Jessie x64 cinnamon



I didn't touch anything for the moment. an
I tried to install the canon driver for debian downoaded from canon but I can't install it because libtiff4 is need and  the process stops from itself.
I don't know if in this case it write some .conf files.
At first I tried localhost et 127.0.0.1:localhost but I can't connect to the server

Do as Curt suggests and go to

  http://localhost:631/printers

Select your printer and, on the next page, choose "Administration"; then
"Set Default Options"; finally "Banners".

(localhost:631/admin should not have failed. Have you altered anything
in /etc/cups/cupsd.conf?)
