Automounting an eSata drive

I have added an external Sata port on my box.

When I hot-plug a Sata HD into it it appears in dmesg as  /dev/sdi1

How can I get the system to auto-mount whatever Sata HD I plug into it to /media/eSata/ and this without having to give a root password ?
