Looking at http://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/weekly-builds/amd64/jigdo-dlbd/ it seems that the full set of software available from Debian for amd64 fits on two dual-layer Bluray disks. According to Wikipedia a dlbd disk holds 50GB, so you may need a couple of 64GB Flash drives before you’re done.
Have fun!
