So the printer should be "visible" from lan1 under some 10.10.10.x
address, if the vpn is set up to make it so?

If the vpn is set up correctly, you should be able to print to the
printer from lan1 using the appropriate 10.10.10.x address.

Note that possibly you won't "see" the printer via a GUI tool; those
rely on network broadcasts for the printer to "announce" its presence,
and those won't "cross the gap" over the vpn unless this is explicitly
done.
