The OP's essential question was:
Is it possible to make MP3 files that do not crash players with avconv?
There are presumably many people for whom the answer is 'yes'. That's
about all which could be said from the information the OP offered. He
appears to be "stuck" on providing anything to move his problem on. This
is an indication he doesn't know what it is.
