There's tab completion, so on my laptop where I've aliased systemctl
and journalctl to sc and jc (and duplicated the systemctl and
journalctl bash completion), I type:

jc[space]S[tab]F[tab]4

To know what fields are available:

jc[space]-F[space][tab][tab]
or
jc[space]-F[tab][tab][tab]
