I think you could develop it on the wiki too. The main advantage of the
installation guide is that it covers a lot of the background which you
will need to completely discuss preseeding. A secondary advantage is
that it is translated into many languages, whereas the wiki is not.
Appendix B of the install guide[1] appears to have a start on it.
