There should be no additional packages: ruby1.9.1 just depends on

  libruby1.9.1 (= 1.9.3.484-1), libc6 (>= 2.2.5)

which should already be installed on your machine if you have
apt-listbugs.

If you used apt-get, try with --no-install-recommends.
