I have previously tracked down those before by pulling the files manually with wget, generating the checksums, comparing them against, until verifying that the mirror was incorrect. It isn't too difficult but is a little tedious. If you are motivated you could track down the problem and report it to the debian-mirrors mailing list. I use debmirror with multiple architectures. Works fine. I am confident the problem is on the mirror side. Although perhaps debmirror could handle broken mirrors better.
