If you are having problems with partitioning, have you tried letting the installer do the partitioning for you (automatic partitioning)? If this is not practical, you can also download and use a gparted live CD to do the partitioning first (i.e. shrinking any Windows partition down to half the disk and leaving the rest of the disk unused, then letting the installer automatically partition the free space). |
