Then, of course, Chris is speaking about something completely different 
than I was talking about because I was referring to people who _does not 
know_ if his/her problem is fine for the list.

If you know that the question is completely unrelated to what is expected 
to be posted here yet still you do, then you are making gratuitous noise, 
that's for sure.
