dxsamples contains no samples

I am trying to use Opendx in squeeze. For some reason "aptitude install 
dxsamples" only loads the following in the /usr/share/doc/dxsamples 
directory:

        changelog.Debian.gz
        changelog.gz
        copyright

No sample programs are included. Anyone know whats wrong. There should 
be a large group of sample programs in this directory.

I have done a "locate" on dxsamples and this directory is the only one 
that show up.
