In theory yes.... but only if the theory is sound (in which case it
wouldn't be a theory).
Eg. No biscuits without please (if I ask Mum nice she'll give me a biscuit)
Or... I can bypass Mum.
Randomly generated key required? There's at least two ways around
that... (how random is random?)
