Quite so.
But if you are not using GNOME nor KDE my guess is that the required
package won't be pulled by default.
In brief, there seems to be two packages proving the mentioned
functionality:
1/ For a Qt based style: libreoffice-kde
2/ For a GTK+ based style: libreoffice-gtk
