Might I ask your intent?

Perhaps you are looking for output to feed to a Braille display?

If so, brltty is the way to go: www.mielke.cc/btltty is in the
Debian package brltty, and there is a brltty-x11 package as
well.

If you just want to clear the screen, put a "clear" at the end
of your /etc/rc.local
