3.2.1 does not panic here, but it has another strange problem, sometimes
when reboot, the booting stops right after loading kernel, at "populate
/dev .....".

glxgears is much faster though. Its score almost tripled on kernel 3.2.1,
3800FPS vs 1300FPS on kernel 2.6.39(squeeze-backports).
