Strange Kernel Panic(?) with 3.2.0 / 3.2.1

hi,

does anybody has seen this kind of kernel panic (if it is a panic) boot screen? It happens after/or while loading the kernel. No initrd.

I tried without framebuffer, but no success. I used the kernel config from 3.0.4. I've never seen a panic like this.

any suggestions?
