To me it looks like you lack something like

deb ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian/ squeeze main
deb-src ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian/ squeeze main

(with contrib and non-free added if you use such packages)
in addition to your lines containing squeeze-updates.
