Module bcm5974-dkms.
I have the kernel header package installed, but that file is no longer on kernel 3.0
Search of smp_lock.h on stable: http://packages.debian.org/search?searchon=contents&keywords=smp_lock.h&mode=path&suite=stable&arch=any
