This looks like kerneloops sends the oopses through a simple
URL. Strange. It seems not to even ping a reference IP to see if the
connexion is still alive. Weird.

submit-url = http://submit.kerneloops.org/submitoops.php is appended
at the end of my kerneloops.conf.
