Anyone compiled the driver for BCM4312?

I've tried to compile the wireless driver for BCM4312 on two different
machines, after running m-a prepare. It always fails with the same
message:

/home/ac/bcm/src/wl/sys/wl_linux.c:1899: error: dereferencing pointer to incomplete type

Any ideas about what else to try?
