No, the definitely don't. The proper place to post questions on Debian
exim is here:

I don't know the current situation, but there used to be Debian exim
expert(s), possibly (including) the maintainer, on the list who'd help,
and forward the question to the upstream list if they understood it to
be non Debian-specific.
