Most current printer support

We're setting up some Debian installations for some customers, and I'm trying to make sure that the printing support covers as many models as possible.  Since printing is covered by a number of different packages, I want to make sure that I've included everything I need.

If I set up Debian stable and add the following packages from unstable, will this cover it?  Are there other printer drivers that I should add from unstable?  Are there any gotchas in running a mixed system of this sort?
