There have been over 58 Debian Security Advisories since Sarge stopped 
receiving security support.  While some could be introduced by new features, 
Sarge will be affected by virtually all of them.

Even if sarge was only affected by a handful, that would be enough to convert 
your system into a member of a zombie bot-net and send me (and others on the 
list) SPAM and generally clog up the Internet (bandwidth is finite).

Again, I strongly urge you to upgrade to a version of Debian that will receive 
security attention if you cannot provide that attention yourself.
