I *think* (no notes onthis, sorry) that I had it working out of the box with debian-packaged 2.6.26 and when I upgraded to 2.6.27 I had to recompile to get it as it was not configured. but now that I think more about it, that might be a vanilla kernel. I'll have to review my setup and see if I can recreate what I did... must learn to take notes. Again, what kernel are you running when this happens? A
