help for Debian pppoe configuration

Dear Sir,
i need to configure Debian proxy server using pppoe connection.
i have already install Debian os with two NIC.but i have a problem,how to config pppoe connection

i reffed below link and (http://users.telenet.be/Asterisk-PBX/PPPoE.htm)
when its doing i had to stop running

Execute the 'pppoeconf' (in /usr/sbin)
# cd /usr/sbin
# pppoeconf
 
i want to know how to Execute the pppoeconf on terminal.

and lf you have any recommended weblink about this pls send me.
