Most likely the problem came from the mirror site.


After changing;
#deb http://ftp.au.debian.org/debian/ etch main
deb http://ftp.debian.org/debian/ etch main
#deb-src http://ftp.au.debian.org/debian/ etch main
deb-src http://ftp.debian.org/debian/ etch main


Uncomment following line on /etc/modprobe.d/aliases;
alias net-pf-10 ipv6

# update-modules
# reboot

# apt-get update
works without problem
