Yes . 

Do you get the same result after an explicit 'host security.debian.org'?

Alternatively: can you replace your router's DNS server with the one in 
your ISP (in /etc/resolv.conf) ?

I've seen this as a result of a buggy caching DNS server used by various 
routers.
