Download the .tar.gz from the RoundCube site. There's an INSTALL file
included explaining the process. All you need to do is create a MySQL DB
and run their .sql script before you start the installation procedure.
If your Dovecot setup works, installing RoundCube should only take you
about 15 minutes.
I'm writing this from a similar setup and it's been running very nicely
ever since I installed it.
