i have / , /boot, swap on mdadm raid devices. I have a disk failure. I do not know how to repair the disk - i think it is software issue. Can someone tell me if i need to boot in livecd or rescue or knoppix ???? So i can free up the device and work on it ?? i do not see the md0 ,, md1 and md2 devices if i boot in knoppix..can someone show me a proceddure on how to fix my drive.. Please tell me all the steps???? thanks mjh
