Most of these missing recommendations are probably nothing to worry
about since they
- were specified as an alternative to another package which is in fact
installed,
- relate to a virtual package / are satisfied by the "Provides:" of an
installed package, or
- are part of a "make your own choice" group of packages (e.g. all the
aspell-* dictionaries).
