I don't know since my phone doesn't have a memory card.  When you insert
the card, what does dmesg and syslog say?  If its going to be treated as
a mountable device (a drive), it will be assigned a /dev/sd* number.  I
don't know if they're partitioned, so run cfdisk on it to see if there
are partitions.  Once you know that, mount either the whole drive or a
partition as seems appropriate.  You'll need a mount point.

If you're trying to do a point-clicky-lindows X thingy, I can't help
you.
