I would demand nothing less than satisfaction because they have effectively stolen your laptop from you by locking you out of its BIOS, something which is fundamentally yours and not theirs. as to the warranty thing, well, if they aren't answering the phone or otherwise providing you the service you require (which is removing the password they installed without your permission) then what makes you think you'll get future warranty service?
