Stuck in the exim queue.  Exim defaults to 15 messages per run, IIRC.
So if you put 
smtp_accept_queue_per_connection = 150
in your /etc/exim4/exim4.conf.template, you should see the mail
delivered faster.

I put it at the beginning of the rules. Rurun the update nad then
restart exim.
