we've got to get these threads combined into one as its getting really
confusing. 

johannes, note that we're dealing with two outgoing servers here, one is
an exchange server and one is some linux box that seems to be rejecting
mail from his machine... 

nathan, you need to pick one option and stick with it...\



Let's close this thread.  Note (I explained this in an email I just sent
to the list 2 seconds ago), that the linux server needs to send to the
exchange server.  But it ends there.  The linux server does not need to
receive email from anything at all.  Only generate emails, and send them
to the exchange box.
