they told me was to read the log file and run ReportCrash (which did
nothing, just complained about not being able to find a 'non-zero byte
core file').
You might need to enable core dumps first and reproduce the problem
before
their advice even applies.
$ help ulimit
The above should get you started on enabling corefiles for that
session.
