No, no, no let's not start up this discussion again!  These
discussions frequently go for days with hundreds of replies.  Please
read the archives for past discussions.

Use the X-Mailing-List: header.  Here is a procmail rule for example
that files into subfolders.

  :0
  * ^X-Mailing-List: <debian-[-a-zA-Z0-9]+@lists.debian.org>
  * ^X-Mailing-List: <debian-\/[-a-zA-Z0-9]+
  $MAILDIR/Lists/debian/$MATCH/

The "Re:" has nothing to do with Debian mailing lists.  That is added
by the poster's mail client.  It is the standard reply subject
modification.  Almost all english speaking mailer clients do this.
Other languages have other conventions.
