The OP doesn't mention what version of realplayer or libc6 he's using. On
Debian Lenny with the same version of realplayer as Ron's above, CSPAN, BBC
etc. all work fine, embedded or standalone. This is a Lenny system with
libc6  2.3.6.ds1-13
